BEGINNERS' COURSE

Align classes run over one month.  Learn principles, correct postures and breathing. Course commences in the week 1 of each month. Registrations essential. 60 mins.

ONGOING CLASSES 90 minutes

Flow  Energising, strengthening and toning class. Technique is developed and you refine poses and breath. 90 mins.
Restore  A restorative class to relax and recover after stress, injury, training or lower energy levels. 90 mins.
Core  Strengthen your core and improve your breathing and spinal health. 60 mins.
Private class  One on one coaching to work with your goals and specific needs in practice.
